Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided: 321 Studio offers podcast audio and video recording, editing, and production services to individuals and organizations seeking professional content creation

2. Booking and Paymant:

• Booking:

  Booking: Clients must book their sessions in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us.
  Payment: Payment for studio services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via online booking or bank transfer. Late payments may result in consequences, such as cancellation of the session

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the booking fee.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking subject to availability and with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests made outside this time frame may incur additional fees.

4.Studio Policies

• Clients are expected to arrive promptly at their scheduled booking time.

• If a client fails to arrive on time, 321 Studio reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment during their session.

• Clients must inform 321 Studio of any changes to their podcast setup preferences at least 8 hours before the appointment.

5. Content Restrictions:

• 321-Studio reserves the right to refuse service for any podcast content that violates any laws or contains inappropriate or offensive material.
• in case of recording any material that violates UAE laws, 321 Studio reserves the night to withhold and not provide access to such material
• Clients must obtain all necessary permissions or licenses for copyrighted material used in ther podcasts
• 321 Studio is merely a service provider and is not responsible for any legal issues arising from content that violates laws or for any other liabilities related to the content

6. Intellectual Property:

• Clients retain all nights to their podcast content and recordings produced by 321 Studio

• 321 Studio reserves the right to remove any infringing content that violates intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, in accordance with UAE law

• 321 Studio retains the right to use excerpts or samples of client podcasts for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

7. Liability

• 321 Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or items brought onto the premises.
• Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner within the studio premises.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected by 321-Studio will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We adhere to the LUAE’s data protection laws and do not disctase your information to third parties without consent

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• 321 Studio reserves the right to modify thess terms and conditions at any time. Clems will be notified of any changen

10. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
